Livia Dabarian started her career at the age of 8 as the vocalist of the group “Oxgenios”, who had Xuxa Meneghel as a godmother and was pasty of the cast of the TV show “Innocent people” at the age of 12.

After traveling though Brazil and Europe as the lead singer of the Island Star cruise ship, Livia graduated in Musical Theatre Performance by the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, in New York. Still in New York, she won the musical reality show “Dancing on Broadway”, was the lead in the Discovery Channel series “Deadly Sins” and played Camila in the off- broadway version of “In the Heights” .

Ever since going back to Brazil, Livia has worked showing how versatile she is in the diferente roles she has played in musicals: Rita Cadillac in "Chacrinha, The Musical" ; the lead Scaramouche in "We Will Rock You" ; The funny waitress in “World Goes Round”; olhes the emblematic Mary Matoso and the lead “Natasha”’s alternate in “Vamp, the musical” during the run and tour.

 

Nowadays she has been participating in the comedy channel “Porta dos Fundos” (Back entrance) and teaching acting and singing all over the world in places like “The 8th international musical theatre congress of Uruguay” ; “AM Creative” - one of the biggest musical theatre schools in Taiwan ; “The musical theatre summer camp in the Shanghai Theatre Academy” in China ; and taught in the Living Broadway musical Theatre Congress in Madrid. She is also the Resident Director for the Brazilian version of Broadway production of “Donna Summer” the musical.
